Companies House will be carrying out migration work on its payment platform from 5pm Thursday 5th December until 9am Monday 9th December 2024.
During this time, CH will be unable to process electronic fee-incurring submissions (i.e. incorporations, confirmation statements, name changes, charges, etc). Any such filings will be held in a queue until the service is back up and running at 9am on Monday 9th December.
Non fee-incurring filings / requests will still be possible during this period. Companies House apologises in advance for any inconvenience.
