Maintenance

Due to essential security maintenance work by Companies House, there may be some disruption or delays to the XML Gateway on Saturday, 16th November, between 08:00 and 14:00. This may affect Companies House filings submitted from our system during this time.

Companies House will be carrying out migration work on its payment platform from 5pm Thursday 5th December until 9am Monday 9th December 2024.

During this time, CH will be unable to process electronic fee-incurring submissions (i.e. incorporations, confirmation statements, name changes, charges, etc). Any such filings will be held in a queue until the service is back up and running at 9am on Monday 9th December.
