During this maintenance window, Companies House will not accept any filings or activities involving payment. This affects services provided by Kudocs including company incorporations and name changes, confirmation statements and charge registrations. Kudocs will continue to operate normally throughout this period, however any fee-bearing filings submitted will be queued and automatically processed by Companies House once the service resumes on Monday 7 July 2025.
