Companies House downtime: 17-18 November 2025. Update from Companies House below about planned downtime in preparation for the IDV roll out.
Kudocs will continue to operate throughout this period.
"❗17 and 18 November - some services unavailable.
From 5pm on Monday 17 November to 8am on Tuesday 18 November, you will not be able to apply to incorporate or dissolve a company online.
From 6pm on Monday 17 November to 8am on Tuesday 18 November, you will not be able to file documents online or using software.
You may also experience disruption to our Find and update company information service."
