During this maintenance window, Companies House will not be accepting any filings or activity which involve payment: • Apply to dissolve a company online • Access billing accounts • Pay penalties online • Company incorporations • Processing of forms and payments Kudocs will still be working fine throughout this period and any filings will still be submitted, but will be queued at Companies House until service is restored on 19 May 2025 If you have filings due, we’d recommend submitting them ahead of time to avoid disruption.
